Tap Run LOG_DUMP. Once log collection is complete, tap Extract LOG_DUMP. Connect the mobile device to on a Windows PC via USB cable. On the PC: Navigate to the deviceโs internal storage > Pictures > Watch folder. Copy the ZIP file named log_dump*. You can then send the ZIP file containing the dumpstate logs to Samsung Support.

Register a user account with manual sign-in. To register a user account when face sign-in is disabled: Unlock your device or launch Knox Authentication Manager. Enter your enterprise username on the Knox Authentication Manager dialog. Then click Next. On the next screen, sign in using your enterprise credentials. Then click Next. I restarted the device while it was on the Knox lock screen, and it booted up normally. Going back in to Knox asked me to set a password (this may or may not have been because of the steps I followed on the website as described in the question above). Either way, it appears that either updating Android or getting stuck logging in to Knox errpX.
